What PC emulator offers the best emulation for N64? Currently I have been using Mupen64.

Mupen64Plus is a good option.

I like project 64 1.6/1.7 but I guess there are newer versions now.

Project 64 1.6.

They kinda stoped the 1.7 development, but they released a patch to update your 1.6 with the improvements they made in the 1.7 beta.
