Umm, excuse me if I'm missing something here, but aren't you able to build IDE-EXI with the information and files posted here:

I made the IDE-EXI with bluechip, files and diagrams were found here:

Some files for other chips, I didn't use but looks like they don't have JED files? maybe thats what you're needing?

i was more looking for the files that he used to create the sold version. aka gerbers etc
