Untrusted Web Stores - Scammer Sites

A topic i feel needs to be brought out into the open for discussion.
Too many people are not sure of where to get a good deal or where to find a trusted web store.
Most do not accept paypal so you are left with using a credit card and hoping your information is secure.

http://www.deal4days.com
as i previously posted here viewtopic.php?p=18272#p18272
deal4days was a site that would take your money and maybe you would get some product. Some people have reported receiving product, others never got any product, others reported it would take months to receive something.
Well it appears deal4days have left the console scene and moved on to selling womens clothing.

deal4days also had many sister sites, i could only find a few during a quick search. Notice in the 3 sites below the chat box has the same names listed:
http://www.gamezhome.com
http://www.gamekools.com
http://www.earthbabycart.com

these sites have a similar layout to the 3 above with minor differences but these sites look the same as each other...coincidence??
http://www.r4seller.com
http://www.digimartz.com/

http://www.axiogame.com
Their prices are impressive and seem like a great deal. From personal experience i have attempted a transaction which got rejected because the paypal recipient denied selling any of these products. Another member from Modretro also had a similar experience and then tried gamekools.com
Im not sure what ever came about from that transaction.

http://ebluar.com/
Some people have posted mix feedback about ebluar. However most have received email about not having stock and it will take a while to before product is available. I had similar results as well. The one thing that stuck out was i received different information that the product was in stock and available then i was told it was not available. Im glad i submitted an order.

anyone like to provide feedback and info to add to this list of sites?

If these Wasp and Wiikey fusions weren't so hard to track down, I have never had an issue finding decent online sellers. Seriously considering paying the extra for a WODE soon.
Gamekools.com has mixed reviews, but for the most part didn't seem trustworthy ...but i took the risk.

The transaction was 4th January, I finally got a reply email on the 21st from a 3rd party that handle their online transactions.

[David (service4@fashionpay.com)]

Dear sir/madam:
Thank you for your email.
The seller will send the package to you these two days, and you can receive it 4-7 working days later. They will send the tracking number to you as soon as they get it from the shipping company. Pls wait with patience.
Thank you and best regards.

No tracking number to date, no replies from gamekools or 'David' since.

Then the other day....

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thanks for your payment via FASHIONPAY.
Just taking 1 minutes for short investigation in order to offer better service for you.

Order details:
Merchant Order NO.: 1025813888250632442
Transaction time: 2014-01-04
Amount: 67.97USD

Question:
1.Could you please tell us the site/url you buy the products?
2.Does the seller deliver goods in time?
3.Are you satisfied with the products?

BR.
FASHIONPAY LTD.

Well too bad, I've already lodged a dispute with my bank, and I'll have the money back soon enough.

I am actually contacting wholesalers directly now through sites such as
http://www.alibaba.com/

I got one reply from a company 'Guangzhou Qiqi Electronic Co. , Ltd'
Paid him for 2 wasp fusions today, not a bad price at all -you'd pay as much for a single wiikey fusion - says he is sending them Monday ...always replies to my emails, and in a reasonable time frame.

I know this is also risky, but heck ...I NEED that PART!

http://www.diytrade.com/china/pl/0-s-c- ... usion&ns=1

But I just got an email from one supplier -out of stock-
So it seems they are running out of stock in china even!

http://jemico.nl/
I got faulty chips and they were very unhelpful. When I wanted a refund they wanted me to send my cube and have them try it for themselves for another 70 euros.
If I did that, I probably would never have my cube back.
Maybe not a scammer site, but I don't trust them.

I ordered a chip from http://www.gamezhome.com. My CC info was stolen (someone in Geneva bought $400 in origin games with my card), and I did get all the charges fixed. Processor was Fashion pay for the WASPkey. Will probably end up having to file a dispute since I doubt I'll get product but I'll give it until

I would say avoid at all costs. It's a shame a lot of this stuff is so hard to come by.

To avoid those situations I would suggest to consult this site http://www.scamadviser.com if you are not sure if the site you are going to buy your stuff is safe. This is not a definitive solution but is very useful.
