Hey all,

I am going on holiday to Japan Monday for three weeks, and I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for what to do while I'm there. I've got a general plan, but I'm open to suggestions. I'll mainly be around Tokyo.

Also does anyone want anything small and reasonably easy to fit in my luggage while I'm there? Aussie shipping is expensive but maybe I can still get some cheaper prices.

Check out the trains, they're really cool.

I'd like a GB Player if you can get one cheap (<$20 AUD), any colour.

@emu I recently bought an indigo Gameboy player (without the startup disc, who needs those nowadays ) from japan for about 24 EUR including shipping to germany.

You could try to get a Symphonic/lime green GC if you like those. They only came out in Japan afaik.
Personally I think the color is a bit too light, a darker green would be cooler, like from the NR Reader. Maybe someday...^^

Lucky you If I was going I'd definitely try and find some Snes goodies, like Jr consoles and rare games. Nintendo Puzzle Collection on the cube, other GC stuff exclusive to Japan

I really want Gamecube and SFC games that have an English language option, like Super Metroid.

A lot of people keep suggesting "English friendly" title, but if there is any text I want to be able to read it.
