Can someone tell me if im asking too much?

Ok first off im not selling it here. Im trying to trade a computer with no monitor on craigslist and no ones biting...basically just would like to know if Im asking too much, or if Im appealing to the wrong market. what Im trading,is a custom build computer about 6 months old.What Im asking for is a wii. I figured Id have people all over it..but to no avail.So what could I be doing wrong?

My general assumption is that people will stay away from used PC's, unless it is: A.) Complete and ready to use. and B.) Dirt cheap.
If you're going to buy a incomplete PC (by that I mean without the monitor/etc, and have to put it together), you might as well build the whole thing from scratch and know what work has gone into it.
Also, people would be jumping all over it if it was perhaps for something more common (or just to sell it at a cheap price), but the criteria that they must trade for a Wii really narrows the amount of people that are interested down to: A.) Someone who lives close to you. B.) Has a Wii but doesn't want it anymore. C.) Wants a relatively recent PC (box only)
I don't mean to be a downer, just stating the facts!

Thanks, well Im gonna wish myself luck on this one as I keep my fingers crossed and watch my email. Im assuming that the chances of selling/trading it are slim to none, but we'll see. Im a tech and just found myself sick of being a tech, Ha!Just tired of working coming home and sitting in front of something I do at work.

It's hard. I sold my computer in October but as you I had a hard time selling it. I managed to sell it eventually for 2000 SEK but only after I convinced a friendto buy it.

I suggest figuring out how much it would cost to build it today and then knock of $100-$200 from it. There are people who still have a decent monitor and would be ok with just buying the computer/keyboard/mouse.
Does it come with Windows 7?

You're not likely to trade it for a Wii. You're better off selling the computer for cash, then buying a Wii.

I'll trade a partially bricked wii for it. I have a system with bootmii boot2 installed that I can't for the life of me recover. It needs some work to make it able to play a game or anything but it should be able play any game from USB ect even run SNEEK yada yada. If your game let me know.
