About the infinite boost thingy hack in Mario Kart Double Dash (Please help!)

So I came across these videos

Apparently, they used some kind of action replay/gecko code that constantly boosts the karts nonstop, like this I did some research but I couldn’t find it so I wonder if anyone has any idea of replicating this hack. I would really appreciate it if you do because I absolutely need it!
