I need to take a look at PSO, it's a multi-dol game that has issues at the best of times.

Wasp is a disc drive simulator, no read redirection required which is where the issue most likely lies, so it'll work, it's also how I played the game recently so I know that works for sure.

excellent thats what i wanted to hear, the reason im trying to get it running from sd gecko instead of from my original just incase you were wondering is because im modding it for fun just seeing what i can come up with im making tweaks to the browser files and quests and things of that nature but i cant test any of it until swiss is sorted but thats not a dig lol if need be i can just wait until ive got my wasp setup.

edit:
well i uploaded my pso to my mega account so if you cant find yours just let me know heres the info for it again:

Is Phantasy Star Online: Episode III also multi-DOL?

If cheats weren't disabled I wonder if it would be a good idea to activate the native 480p support through a cheat code that toggles the flag. Then again, I didn't have much luck with that method on PS2 games...
Hardware: Wii (PAL)
Hardware configuration: System Menu 4.1E, Priiloader
Swiss boot method: Modified Wii Swiss Booter provided by Extrems
Software medium: Retail discs

I wouldn't be surprised if some games have even their fully programmed official 480p menu, but if so I've never seen codes to make it appear.

RazorX2014, it's fixed in this revision: https://code.google.com/p/swiss-gc/source/detail?r=292

Wait for a newer nightly build.

thanks emu_kidid your amazing also i can compile it myself so i will test it.

edit:
ok emu_kidid it wont compile unless i comment out:

_FAT_get_fragments(path, &_frag_append, fs);

on line 91 of frag.c and then it crashes on the gamecube otherwise it says:

c:/devkitPro/msys/home/RazorX/swiss-gc/cube/swiss/source/devices/fat/frag.c:91
undefined reference to `_FAT_get_fragments'

you need to compile custom libfat
oh and also the compile will break in other areas unless you recompile libOGC to fix BBA and gecko io

It's supposed to be "nightly" but of course it's the holiday season or megalomaniac has other priorities

those instructions are a good base to use for compiling older versions of swiss...
without compiling a customized / optimized libOGC, certain key features will never work properly due to the current and future direction swiss may be heading into....not my place to comment on whats coming up so ill leave it at that...
