Can not boot a game from swiss

Post by jakoxlp » Sat Oct 25, 2014 4:53 pm

Hey guys, today i got my SDML
i have an SD with swiss r280 on it. (tried many other versions)
and i have a SDHC 32 gb Transcend with games on it.

Game work fine on emulator and on my wii with dios mios.
I guess the Iso not corrupted.

If i try to start the game from swiss. it loads to 100% and Freeze.
If i try to boot from the normal SD, card the screen is just black.

I downt know what i can do.
Do i need a different SDHC?

Hope, one of you could help me.

Sorry for my bad english guys.

Edit: I tried 6 different cards from the same company. one of them is 8gb and is looks like it works.
really weird.

Yes, SDML is picky with SD/SDHC
Wii with SDML? Wouldn't an internal SD (hombrew channel) work just the same?

I didn't use SDML in my Wii. I use UBS loader and copy the gamecube game from the usb stick to internal SD card on the wii.
But sometimes it doesn't work.
Also the wii can not read gamecube games from SDHC.

I'm not familiar with the Wii, don't know exactly what you're doing there.

before going to buy a new card or doing anything crazy, why not provide a few important details?

what swiss version are you using? it should show you the version on main screen
try booting homebrew from swiss, a dol file such as an emulator or something. What happens when you try to boot the dol?
