I think maybe rename the ISO internally (in the file at 0x20 and at 0x00) because there might be some restriction or conflict with the name that is given to the internal CFG ISO

just tried to use the autoload function of the wode but dont know how.
did you try setting it to "last" ? so if you booted the swiss iso once, it will always load it in the future....the problem is, once you mount another iso you have to do it again :/
i personally never heard of the option to choose an autoload iso, but that doesnt mean that its not possible....

yeah I tried to load the last one. but like you said when I load another one out of swiss I need to get up the next time to set the swiss iso once again.

I have heard of a method to load cfg iso like emu said. but I dont know how to use it. I have read that you need to change the Game ID of the Iso and use an sd card to load it. It will only work from sd card not from usb.

After 2 PC defragments and one for my SD (a process that almost took an entire day long) I managed to try a lot of games. All the games are PAL original dumps and with a few exceptions every game seems to run fine for me.Games previously unplayable like BG&E,Second Sight and the PoP games were playable with only some hiccups here and there.I have not tested yet Wind Waker to confirm if the dungeon map problem still exists or not.I can say that this revision is a huge step up for compatibility and overall performance.
Thanks SOOO much Emu_kidid! Your work is astonishing!!
Finally,I would like to make (or even beg for) some suggestions.

1)Luigi's Mansion. It crashes at the loading screen. It is one of the most acclaimed GC games,it is a pitty that it's not Swiis-compatible yet.

2) The new settings options are wonderfull. But it is very awkward to memorize the different settings for each game everytime you want to load it.Is it possible to the next revision you implement a save system for each game separately?

3) Please,PLEASE Emu_kidid,make Swiss compatible with 480p signals.PAL GC games never had an option for that. Also,a lot of games supported only 576i in Europe and this is a very big problem because everytime I want to load a GC 576i game I have to manually change Wii's tv settings to 576i.Unfortunately, the Auto setting in Swiss's video mode cannot auto-adjust to 576i.

Please,at least consider seriously my suggestions... :-)

glad to hear compatibility is up :)

1. I'll take a look at it, which loading screen, the nintendo logo?
2. Yep, already planning a config file system.
3. I'm also in PAL land so I feel your pain.. it's definitely on the todo list.

For Luigi's Mansion the exact point the game crashes is when you select a file to load from file select menu. When you press the button to load the file the game crashes.

For everything else, a BIG thank you!!! :-)

yes it does exist, at least for me
and also the game sometimes displays a weird color pallete (red-blueish) when started in 480p

it's a shame, as this game really benefits with the progressive scan

I assume you're all busy playing stuff via Swiss and that the compatibility didn't change since the compat list is so quiet :P Just kidding, if someone could check some of those "Not working" games it'd be great :)

I just saw that most games in the wiki don't have a region specified.

I am thinking to order a 64gb SDXC from Amazon but I hesitate. The reason is that I am testing Swiss using my Wii and I am not sure if Swiis Booter from HBC can mount a SDXC card. :?:

64GB is overkill
and a 32GB card costs ~23£

My English must be really bad...

I want to try an SDXC card working from SDGecko (It's SDGecko that I am using in my Wii) but in order to access it,I must firstly use Swiss Booter from Homebrew Channell. The problem is I don't know if Swiis Booter works if SDGecko uses a SDXC card...
