Is there a way to boot Swiss from the sdcard so i won't have to burn any swiss versions i'd like to test? Is there any DVD iso that autoboots Swiss dol from the sdcard via sd gecko?

Yes, the Action Replay discs. The cube boots up with the disc and if there is an autoexec.dol file on the SD Gecko it will automatically load this file.
Own a couple PAL and JPN cubes. And three BBAs. Homeland and PSO I/II.

Swiss already has this feature. Put a boot.dol on your SD card and it will execute it at startup (it also detects that it's the same version so you don't end up in a bootloop). So you only need to burn one disc and you're done.
