SWISS 451 Luigis Mansion freezes

So i just burned a mini DVD with the latest SWISS version and now Luigis Mansion isnt booting past the initial Nintendo logo and sometimes it gives me an eorror tha t says "Failed to setup the file too fragmented?", however, my old SWISS DVD with build 371 loads this same game on this same SD card just fine with no errors.
Is this a known bug in the new build or do i need to do something else?

Format your SD card and put the file on there again, the number of fragments permitted became less I believe.
