Can I install GC ISOs to an SD card using WBFS and have Swiss GC read them on GC hardware?

Please stop using WBFS. It's a joke of a file system.

The only reason I ask is I'm trying to fit the entire NTSC collection on a 512 SD card, only way this works is with file trimming/scrubbing and I can't find a batch utility in Windows that does this.
Right now I am manually loading each in GCM Utility but its getting tiresome. But unless I find a Windows batch GC trimming utility its all I got.

I googled up and down for a more recent GC ISO management utility and never found this, thanks. I assume Swiss GC supports these "Nkit" formatted ISOs.
Edit: Read the FAQ and see it should be fine, this tool is incredible, exactly what I was looking for, you just saved me so much time!

Does NKit eventually compress GC's ISOs that keep the same success rate running off SDGecko than Plain genuine ISOs?
