Made a mini-dvd label for Swiss!

Hi,

The Swiss software is brilliant and to make it look less boring on a disc this was my attempt on making a label for it because it deserves it. Even though you won't see the mini-dvd for the majority of time I made the label anyways since I thought it was a fun project.

It probably will also become obsolete for the majority of gamers when an ODE is released, so you probably won't even use discs at all when that happens.

I posted it on reddit and took advice from people and edited/tweaked the design a little. Extrems helped me out by giving me the serial that's beneath the title.

I will post the latest design here. I will also post the model files here if people are interested. Let me know what you all think. I am currently ordering labels to see how look on an actual disc. The software used for making this is the Nero Cover Designer program, which is freeware. Anyone can edit it to their taste if they want it.

So thank you everyone for helping me out and enjoy the label if u plan on burning a disc!

EDIT: All the designs can be found below. I couldn't upload them as one file since it was too big. Design 5 is not there since there is no design 5 (because I mislabeled them) so you're not missing out on anything.

Greetings,

Insomnia

Updated design with an extra piranha plant blended in. Also tweaked the USK logo. For the people who want the funny "seal" logo I added in an extra version. So you have the original nintendo logo and the official seal logo. Here are the updated designs on imgur: https://imgur.com/a/paPcKde

Nice, do you print them on transparent sticker with sublimation printer?

You'll have to make the r685 now! :P

I print them on Herma 8619 mini labels with an inkjet printer. Here is another design.

You're better off avoiding having a revision number on there to be honest

I think you are actually right. This is how it is without a revision number on it (see pic below). I also am getting white mini dvd's, so when I put a label on it, it won't show any visible corner lines (i.e. color from the disc below). The label that I am using doesn't shine through but it requires exact positioning. I should get a centre help tool to do that but for now it's good enough I think. Thanks for the tip/recommendation, it looks cleaner and better to me now.

Edit: included the files for this design in my original post (see first post).

I think I have too much spare time lol. I have another design which has a bit more of a crowded look (for the ones who don't like the simple one).

These are cool, my printer can actually print directly onto discs so I'll give it a try at some point

Thanks for the kind words, I'm glad you liked it! I have one more in petto and I'm going to take a break for a while otherwise I keep making changes.

This one has one color art in it: https://imgur.com/a/f6886MX

I deleted all of the designs that were posted seperately. I posted them all in the first post so all them can be found there.

The funny thing is, when I had mini DVDs available and my cube was 560mhs, I printed labels for the DVDs and they didn't work. pasted into the media. it will be what went wrong ... the mini DVDs would be read only if I removed that label.
Printing directly on mini dvd, I think it will bring better results. did you test DL-dol with these seals and did they work without problems?
you use glue to paste on the DL-dol; adhesive paper or these files are for printing like Emu_kidid said ???
