alzen wrote:Would really like to play Monster 4x4: Masters Of Metal from SD Card via Swiss; the game runs but after movies it gets only to some blinking logo, probably waiting for dvd; same problem as I had with star fox adventures of sth. like that I guess, similiar behaviour.
define what you mean "after movies"
if you mean after you finish a race, then watch the replay, there will be a blinking logo
then you can continue as normal...
this title is detected in swiss as audio streaming, but i do not see any areas it is affected yet...
be very specific so i can confirm your results properly....

SSX 3 and SSX On tour are working via sd with no disc in drive.
Soundtrack is a bit wonky for On tour but sound effects and voices are playing fine.

Pro Rally NTSC-U plays perfect on Swiss 0.3 - on default options. Only it quits to swiss after completing like achievements(like first school track - but maybe it's my problematic laser as it tries to read swiss dvd after such lessons). But speed is perfect, I only hear no music(but it has audio streaming).

Re: Temporary Compatibility list - SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS HERE
Super Monkey Ball seems to be another audio streaming title as I don't hear any music in the game. When I choose to not turn off audio streaming, the game reports an error right before the title screen. I'm using an original disc.

Re: Temporary Compatibility list - SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS HERE
Guys, as for me r.215 didn't solve audio streaming problem, checked pro rally 2002 and Monster 4x4: Masters of Metal; no difference.

Re: Temporary Compatibility list - SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS HERE
r216 was meant to, not r215
And it should fix it from all DVD media. If you have a WKF with DVD, make sure you have the MegaWire mod.

Re: Temporary Compatibility list - SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS HERE
Hmm, from DVD media, so it doesn't include running from SD card, too bad...
I don't have WKF, only simple Xeno chipped GC.

Re: Temporary Compatibility list - SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS HERE
I tried Super Monkey Ball with r216. When I load the game it says it's preparing the audio streaming, which is then followed by "Exception (DSI) occurred!". I then wanted to try Skies of Arcadia Legends, but it gave me the same result, even with audio streaming muted!emu_kidid wrote:BenoitRen, can you try with the very latest Swiss?

Re: Temporary Compatibility list - SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS HERE
hm, can you please upload the .elf (in a zip archive) produced as well at the same time as the DOL?
Re: Temporary Compatibility list - SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS HERE
Also, are these multi-game discs? take a picture of the banner screen.
Re: Temporary Compatibility list - SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS HERE
I've attached the elf file of Swiss revision 216 to this post as requested.
No, these are not multi-game discs.
I don't have the means to take a screenshot. Should I use a camera?

Re: Temporary Compatibility list - SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS HERE
I see. So could I have a bad compile, somehow?
By the way, how did you modify the disc channel to load Swiss when it detects a Gamecube game? That's pretty cool.

Re: Temporary Compatibility list - SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS HERE
I talked about this to a friend of mine, and he suggested that it could be because I'm using a PAL version while megalomaniac is using an NTSC-U/C version.

Re: Temporary Compatibility list - SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS HERE
- Kidō Senshi Gundam: Senshitachi no Kiseki AKA Mobile Suit Gundam
- Future GPX Cyber Formula: Road to the Evolution
- Korokke! Ban-Ō no Kiki o Sukue
- Custom Robo
- Sonic Heroes
- Samurai Jack: The Shadow of Aku
All these are working on r174 with sdgecko, no dvd. Menu audio stuttering in Future GPX can be fixed with enabled interrupts and audio stutter fix.
Also I notice it says Pokemon Colloseum is working on 0.3. Has anyone gotten it working on a gamecube, i've tried with all patch types, disc in drive, no disc, audio fixes etc. Green screen at startup followed by a black screen freeze.

Re: Temporary Compatibility list - SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS HERE
I have Pokemon working just fine on my GC, from wkf.
Re: Temporary Compatibility list - SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS HERE
Fantastic 4 also gets detected as NTSC, but it shows the Hz options at boot, so it's not like the other two games I reported. It's also an audio streaming game. The wiki documents this, but it doesn't make a note that there's no background music if muted.
