No autoboot for r870? Works fine on r451.

I've been using my GCN on r451 forever. Autoboot worked fine after I renamed SWISS to autoexec.dol. Using SD Media Launcher disc.
Now the new r870 will not autoboot.
When I go back to r451(autoexec) it autoboots just fine.
Am I doing something wrong?
