When starting Swiss with GC-loader, does it move to the Swiss screen immediately after the GameCube logo is displayed?

If so, how can I display the GameCube menu screen, which allows you to set the system such as the clock?
This is the screen when the GameCube that has not been modified is started with the disc open.

Either use the exit to menu option (last on bottom right), or enable boot through IPL, boot a game, and hold the A button.
