Swiss is slow with 1TB SD Card

Post by AmyGrrl » Wed Aug 10, 2022 10:14 pm

I was using a 512GB Samsung Evo SD Card and that ran perfectly fine. I purchased a 1TB SanDisk Ultra SD Card and its really slow when just browsing Games. It only let's me move up and down one game at a time and pops up on the bottom left with "loading". It never did that with the with the previous SD Card. I did format the card using FAT32 with 32k Cluster size. I'm going to reformat it later with default or 16k cluster later to see if that fixes it. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I really would like to use exFAT if it didn't break compatibility with Homebrew. I ended up fixing the file browsing problem in Swiss by using FAT32 with 64k clusters. All is good now.
