Swiss cannot access SD card after it's booted through SD?

Post by obi123 » Sat Jan 28, 2012 7:29 pm

Hi

I'm using Wii 4.1 US chipped. Running Swiss through WiikeySD (clone adapter from dealextreme) with SDML burned disc and 2GB transcend standard SD card.

When I boot the disc through disc channel, it leads me directly to SDML menu, and the sd card root dir shows up. Booting Swiss (r94) from swiss folder is ok, but when I choose load from SD Gecko, whatever fast or compatible, slot A or B (mine is in B), it brings me back to the devices menu...??? The problem is I cannot access SD card from swiss. But the SD and adapter are ok cuz I can boot Swiss successfully from them. I think the problem must be in SD file system or something...

Hmmm... what do I have to do? Booted Metroid Prime 2 once off the SD. Tried to unplug and reinsert many times, but still not working.

P/s: SD card formatted in FAT and it is 2GB, non-SDHC.

Could also be possible, that SDML might not deinitialize the exi port properly or maybe swiss does not initialize it correctly.
