Hey there

I would like to replace my Gamecube dvd drive with a normal dvd drive or something. Is this possible? I think a modchip is needed too patch the dvd drive code or something, I don't know so much about this stuff, but if it's not too hard I will try. The pinout is different but then the cable must cutted and rewired... Anyone got any tips?

you need a FPGA to do that, if you never use FPGA or sth like that, study VHDL or verilog first
