Problem booting games GC Loader

I have a problem booting 2 games so far with the GC Loader. Batman Begins starts then freezes up. Blood Rayne just freezes up. If I don't have an SD card for Swiss to save patches to, the games work fine.
What patches do i need to disable to play these games?
