I got a USA Gamecube with working minidvd drive and EUR Gamecube with not working minidvd drive. Can i replacement a drive to EUR Gamecube from USA Gamecube ?
It's compatible drive between a USA and EUR Gamecubes ? A pcb stick with minidvd drive it's 100 % that same between USA and EUR ?

The DVD sub-assembly is not zone-specific, you can swap it between different region consoles.

Do you absolutely need RGB out, or the Digital AV out and your US GC is a DOL-101?
NTSC-JAP Zelda WindWaker is quite cheap compared to EUR counterpart, and once into SWISS, you can run any region game.
Plus, if you only have a LCD TV set or monitor, they only output at 60HZ anyways.
