I'm not entierely sure this mod has been tested on brazilian GC's. I believe they have a different IPL revision than other regions. I can still add you to the list of those interested if you'd like to chance it. You can always ship the adapter back for a full refund if it ends up not working.

Little update. I ordered a WODE yesterday, when it comes in I'll be able to show exactly how to wire the few power connections needed to the cube for the people here interested in it.

So yea, Wiikey + this adapter will = 100% plug and play. WODE + this adapter will = 3-4 wires to connect. Nothing worse than a normal modchip.

Regulators have come in the mail and should work perfectly. Still waiting on the rest of the stuff.

Well, here in Brazil was launched a DOL-002 version, but my Gamecube DOL-001, then I believe it will be completely compatible with my device. And I have another issue to be addressed if any of you can help me. I wanted to buy a Viper Extreme, has some way I can buy the forum and pay you a simple way? I really wish to have a Viper Extreme. Thanks, thanks for listening.

Well, I do not have international credit card, but I can try to get one. Now, here you can send to Brazil? If yes, you can leave a separate there for me and also tell me how much is shipping.

FFC's came in the mail today, so I'll be able to start work on these this week sometime. I didn't realize it when I ordered them from DX but it was a combo pack with the FFC and the Wii dvd power connector. So everyone will be able to receive the whole package. Even if you don't plan to use a WODE you will have the connector if you wish to in the future.

I'm still waiting on the "eject" buttons I ordered, but I can still start work in the meantime :D

So yea, hopefully if all goes well these will be available by next friday.

Looks like the total tally on connectors I'm going to have available is 22, exactly enough to get one to everyone on the list currently. I still need to de-solder the four connectors emu_kidid sent me. But other than that I have everything prepped and ready to be worked on.

I'm amazed that I'm not blind after slitting all 32 connections on all 22 FFC cables with a razorblade ><

Little update so you guys don't think I'm slacking. Friday may have been aiming a little high. Monday or Tuesday for sure. Though the eject switches still are not here... I did get confirmation that they shipped though, apparently china post is just incredibly slow.

Anyway, FFC's are about 80% wired up:

I'm not sure how many wires that equals up to. Its a shitload though for sure. I spent roughly four hours the other day cutting/trimming/stripping wires ><

Looking at the number of people ordering from germany, I'm wondering if you guys would mind me shipping them to Liquitt and have him distribute them? Provided he is o.k. With that also. It would save me a bunch of hassle of international shipping.

Alright, So here's the skinny.

As far as the connectors go. I just got done testing all the FFC's that I have soldered so far for continuity on all the pins. So far all is well. I still have a few pins + ground to solder on to all of them. Then all that's left is for me to cover them with a load of epoxy on the soldered ends and then solder them to the GC plugs and secure that end with some hot glue. Post came today... still no "eject" switches....

Here's the thing. Call it bad communication I suppose. The wife and I have had a holiday scheduled for June to go to the beach since like last year some time. All this time I was under the impression it was for June 25-July 1st. Well it turns out its really June 18th-24th... So. what this means is that I have the remainder of this weekend/next week to get the FFC's done and soldered to the connectors AND somewhere in between make time to piss about with my WODE, figure out what is needed and whats not and get the secondary connectors ready for everyone, plus make up diagrams of how to hook it all up... Then get everyone's info, wait for payments, etc. I simply just don't know if I'll have time to do it all by the time I leave next weekend. So you guys may be waiting a bit longer than I had thought. I'm really sorry about it, but there's not much I can do. I will do my utmost to get these done as fast as I can and get them out if possible. Just wanted to make everyone aware. Sorry again ahead of time if I can't get them out next week sometime.
