Not sure if that's the right place to post this, sorry .
I'm trying to replace MGS TTS audio with original MGS (PS1) ones. Already extracted audio folder and all the audio files don't even have an extension, so I used Winamp to see audio info and it says DSP File. Them I renamed the files with an .DSP at the end all Winamp managed to play them perfectly (using a plugin). All I need now is an converter, something that converts .MP3 or any other "normal" format to .DSP.
Can you guys help me?
Is there a way to convert .MP3 to .DSP audio files?

should be possible if you take a look at the vgmstream source code project and know how to code, you could reverse pack it into the DSP format. It'd probably be a big task though, try to look around for anyone else who may have already accomplished this.
