2x/4x switchable 2047 blocks Memory Card

Hi,

has anyone ever had those GCN Memory Cards with a switch that have 2x or even 4x times 2047 blocks?
Are those safe to use? I can't imagine a case where I would need SO many blocks plus I got enough Memory Cards anyway
I just like the transparent casing of the MCs

I have one 128MB 3rd party (no-name) one from aliexpress and it works fine.

Back to the topic, they should be safe but really, I wouldn't risk. It's better to buy few 64/128MBs so You can have a backup. And yeah, the casing is awesome.

Soon or later - depending on the quality - the switch will stop working and you can't access the other banks anymore. (Unless a new switch gets soldered on.)

A normal 128 mb memory card seems more than enough. Works great for me.
