Memory card 1019: PAL/JPN game compatibility

Does the Memory Card 1019 have known issues with European or Japanese games? Since it was only released in NTSC-US regions, different games may be affected elsewhere. Or the off-chance that other versions of the affected US games corrected their 1019 support.

There's a handful of games that aren't compatible with it due to being built using a buggy SDK. The regions aren't really relevant.
