NTSC has IPL v1.0 also

I'm pretty sure my test cube is a IPL v1.0 ntsc... It was a launch day console. No way to tell atm though without wiring everything back up.

All I know is that 1.2 NTSC and 1.1 PAL added a 12 second timeout that the game disc has to initialize within (modchips? or perhaps do stop dying lasers?)
NTSC 1.2 also added some Brazil support, and of course NTSC 1.1/1.2 and PAL 1.1 blocked numerous Datel Discs.
