gamecube player startup disc, revision differences?

i made a thread in gbatemp in the past but i had no answer so i am asking it here since it seems the most appropriate place..
heres my text i wrote there:
so there are apparently differnet revisions of theese discs, i am wondering whats the difference between them?
according to redump:
japan has all v1.01, v1.02, v1.03
europe has the first 2 while america has the last 2
is there even a 1.00 version?
do anyone researched or know what are the differences between theese discs?

initially when i found the 2 different PAL versions i thought it was just because the later one has 1 more language
but both japan and USA also has 2 revisions of theese discs. so something as simple as "they added dutch in it" doesn't make sense since japan has 3 revisions of the disc
i am really curious to know if some error was fixed or something like edited\changed borders... there isn't much in the disc...
