Swiss Compatibility List Update (AKA Godzilla DAMM now plays on SD)

The Compatibility list in the Swiss wiki needs to be updated for games playable on SD cards
I am using Swiss commit 9b2868e rev 748
I just found that Godzilla Destroy All Monsters Melee boots up from my Sandisk Extreme Pro 128GB SDXC formatted to exFat with 128kb allocation, inserted into the MC2 slot of my Indigo Gamecube (has digital out, but no serial port 2), and I am able to play a round before I went to bed. The Wiki says it doesn't work, but that was for an old revision.

The problem is that the coders behind SWISS are improving compatibility with each release and those releases are popping at such a pace that keeping the compatibility list up to date would be a huge task.
At the end, may be we will end up with almost full compatibility so that just ten or twenty games will remain not compatible.

And now everything has changed again with r749.

By the way, that's a wiki anyone can edit, including you.

Is there something that must be activated by an admin in the member profile or do we have to create a dedicated account?
I had tried some of the undocumented or previously known as non-working ones recently to find that they work just fine, and was considering updating the wiki, may it be useful.

PS: This topic can be merged with the original compatibility topic.

Couldn't find that topic in my searches in this forum.

A link points to this from the compatibility list in the WIKI, but it hasn't been dug out for very long…

Thanks to those who updated the compatibility list! ;)

As for the Swiss compatibility list, there are people who are already working on it. Already with two NGCs running at full steam. :geek:
My way of thinking for this list is as follows:
Add games that haven't been added yet. And allocate all games that are already running on a version above 685; V0.4 or V0.5. That is, all games also work for SD2SP2.

It really isn't easy to keep it up to date. the pace is slow, as games must be carefully evaluated. :!:

It's still too early to do any in-depth testing all the way up to completion.

All issues found so far could be found within 10 minutes of playing the game.

The goal, then, is to present a review of the Swiss, and run all games from there?
it is possible? :D
I thought each game would be played as shown in the list ...
well, so it's better to add all the games ... and see which one runs and which doesn't ...

No, some games are reported as incompatible from the tests on previous versions but can be compatible as of the last release.

It is better to re-test and update for those reported non-working with older SWISS releases, and adding others after testing. Seeing them in the list has no interest as long as they have not been tested, or we have to get another "untested" list, but that would be another one to have to update.

what I meant is that each game has a Swiss review, to run,
as presented so far.

I think it has evolved a lot so far! #

the games in RED are practically gone! these were the ones I talked about. :P

and I will be committed to it anyway ...
and who else can add it too!
