Looks like its probably a knockoff chip. Still 15$ for 20 of em is damn cheap!

Edit: no dragoon, they are xeno GC chips. At least knockoffs.

I don't get it, this looks like it's been sold out for a few years now and it also looks like a Wiikey v1 (of course this could have XenoGC flashed to it but how would you know that?)

exactly. whoever sells a kiosk on ebay with local pickup only and starting price at 1 eur really needs to know what he/she is doing....
