Not reading disks correctly (Lens failure?)

Hi! Thanks for accepting me in the forum. My Gamecube is having problems reading games. Sometimes it returns to the main screen while reading them and I also receive the "disc can't be read error". Does anybody know where can I find a good lens replacement? Thanks
