Hi everyone, long time Yorkshire based Gamecube owner here (from day of release in UK til now)

Thought I'd 'pop my head round the door'

I'm a big game collector with approx 400 original titles for various systems and have several other machines incl Sega Saturn, PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP, Wii, DS, GP2X, - got a decent but not massive Gamecube collection and I cosmetically customise Gamecubes as a hobby and a laugh. I own seven NGCs. Don't ask me why as I really dont know, I just buy them when I'm in the mood and tart them up. Looking forward to reading the forums.

Oh and I also got my own YouTube channel.

Sounds like you got a decent collection of games. Is there a certain typ or genre you collect?

Thanks. I used to think I collected Japanese Saturn games but I did a bit of an audit last month and found I had about 70 PS3 games and about 90 PS2 games that I wasn't fully aware I had - so I consider myself a Gamecube owning Saturn collecting gamer with this mass of Sony stuff I've somehow accumulated without realising!

Oh and genre wise I love my Shmups and racers out of 400 games I have almost no sports games - I don't like them.

In all seriousness: they look quite good. Do you alter the front plates as well?

I have before but I've rarely found it worth the effort - there are people on eBay who die cut custom decals and such with the holes cut out but finding something suitable to go there with all those holes is tough. I normally just paint them whatever colour I fancy

I would at least make the front plate matte black on these two. They look quite good, but imo that would improve them a fair bit.

If you could make a frontplate which looks like the one from the gundam gamecube I would totally buy one. I really want one of my orange cubes with a darker frontplate (the original grey one looks out of place to me).
