If you want to emulate wii games on gamecube, you need to solder 3 gamecube togheter :p
In other words it isn't possible because the emulation hardware needs to be atleast twice as good as the hardware your emulating.
If you would have a a dev console, you could rewrite the opening.bnr and add a different apploader, make it the right size (so it would only work with small games),
and it still would be near impossible because you need the earlier said ARM chip to emulate the IOS (or you would need to have a fpga soldered to the gamecube dev hardware (likely a NPDP-GDEV/AMC-DDH/SN-TDEV) and emulate the IOS via pc).
In short, to expensive buy a wii (with a gc controller) that'll be cheaper.
