definite autoboot sd card

Post by andre104623 » Tue Aug 26, 2014 2:01 pm

So after weeks of testing and hours of playing games I think I have found a definite autoboot sd for wasp/wiikey fusion. I bought 2 of these cards to test if they both autoboot and they do every time Im testing on 1.0 ipl and 1.1 ipl and I turned off and on over 100 times and they autobooted like a charm every time. Now the only time it doesnt autoboot is when I put new iso's on the sd card from my PC the first time you turn on the gamecube (after loading new iso's) it will autoload then after loading swiss and a game turn off the gamecube then turn it back on it autoboots every time. Here is the sd card http://www.microcenter.com/product/3497 ... Media_Card
Now I do have other sd cards that I was testing with and they range from class 4,8,10 and size 2,4,8,16,32,128 gb sd cards this card was the only one that autobooted every single time. I have no idea why only this card autoboots every time here is my setup FAT32, about 8 to 12 iso's loaded on card at a time, No files (.dol or media) just iso's, PC i7 win 8.1 16gb ram 1tb hdd. Now I'm not saying "go buy this card now" but I do want to report my findings and it seems that sandisk was by far the worst for me 16gb and 32gb never autobooted.

I have many sandisk sd cards as well and they never autoboot just autoload but the ones I have are blue and are class 4 all of them. There must be a reason why some autoboot and others just refuse to do it

The 32GB version does NOT autoboot, just autoload. Never tried the 64GB version, because now i have enough 16GB cards (for now) :D
