Help with Wasp Fusion [Solved]

I've installed my Wasp Fusion, but looking around I can't find any guides on what exactly needs to be installed on the SD card. I see mention of Swiss, GC Linux - can anyone tell me what I need to do, or direct me to a step-by-step guide? I've tried swiss.dol on a FAT32 formatted 2GB card and as an ISO on a WBFS formatted card but it's not recognised.
