Re: qoob sx question
The Qoob SX has two ways to load homebrew, but either probably won't help you much in terms of a portable (if you're planning to put the QoobSX in a portable).
One way is through a DVD Disc burned as files (.dol on a dvd-r), another way is through the Broad Band Adapter (BBA).

Re: qoob sx question
so can i just burn a .dol file with dummy data and go to the boot menu on the qoob and it will see it, this is for my personal standard standard cube im hoping to use a fusion for my next portable if i can get a hold of an adapter
Re: qoob sx question
Yep, burn a .dol with some ROMs (if it's an emulator/etc) and you will be able to boot it with the Qoob SX. You can also burn their upgrade .elf files to disc to update it.
