qoob cheat engine

hey guys i have been having a bit of a problem
due to being ripped off several times on ebay
i do not own a memory card for my gamecube and cannot find one in my town
due to this fact i use cheats for games to unlock characters in certain games and try
and get as uch fun out of a game without being able to actually play through it
but im having a problem , i have download the cracked qoob flasher which can flash
the cheat engine and i have download a qoob cheat engine which was the only one i could find
but every time i install the engine it gives me an error saying please re-install cheat engine.
does anyone know what my problem may be?
