xxxx = Throw Rate
To clarify, this code modifies the rate at which the audience will throw stuff. The lower the value used, the more frequently the audience will throw stuff. The game has a few separate values that it can use for this, but I figured it would be better to just specify one static value to use.

An example would be using a value of 1800, which would mean a rate of 1/1800 per frame. The hex value for 1800 is 0x708, so xxxx would be 0708.

I think this would a be nice cheat, so that we wont have to go to rogueport sewers all the time.

edit: i found this idea on another one of fatguy's videos when he was doing another 100 pit mod. this feature was one of the available cheats i think.

is there a way to change the rate of random things can happens in battle? like a shy guy going behind the stage and let something to fall on you or on the enemy, the mist on the stage, random bucket falling, background of the stage falling on everyone etc.

Is it possible to make the debug badge automatically perform special moves, specifically Earth Tremor, Clock Out, Showstopper, and Supernova? The others don't have to be automated.

now i am curious again, when peach becomes placed in the punio modifier they appear but they dont blink. is that really how they are when placed as follower?

Hey guys, new here so sorry for my potential ignorance on how all of these codes work. im trying to get a code that replaces koops' character model with a dark koopatrol/Togenoko. i am currently unaware of how to convert raw codes into the Action Replay codes successfully. i have tried some applications to convert the raw codes into ar max codes but my action replay told me the code was invalid upon typing it in. the following code is what i tried to convert to action replay code but it did not work.
koops model code mixed with c_togenoko_b code.

Some New Set of Suggestions/Ideas for Codes From Watching TTYD videos from Youtube

After watching some Fatguy703 streams I found some suggestions/ideas if anyone wants to try. I am not a challenge runner/or speedrunner/pro (pls dont roast :lol: i know im weak) i just love seeing all the possibilities and creativity everyone experiments with here in TTYD.

Some Ideas I got from watching videos about Zephiles' &/or JDaster64's mods (Randomizer/Shufflizer/Infinite Pit/Practice Codes)

->Similar to purely random shop items code already found in this forum, but the randomized/shufflized items in overworld only
(similar to extreme randomizer/shufflizer; except during necessary cutscenes/sequences/battles, i guess?)
example: Frankly giving a heartful cake instead of power smash in prologue (or imagine Chef Shimi from the train giving Mario a Mistake instead of a Star Piece :lol: )

->Randomized enemy ATK, HP values, almost as if they can do a critical atk on me. May add more suspense to the battles
example: blooper attacks with 4 dmg on one tentacle then a different value on the other
maybe a randomized enemy lineup would be nice too while playing the story.

->Save anywhere. One of the most convenient codes i used especially since i tend to save spam

I know some of these are already in the Practice Codes or the mods but I would like to have a/the separate gecko code so i can experiment with other silly stuff in combination with other codes

-> "Badges Work for Enemies Too"; would also be really nice especially if the badge they are holding is going to make the battle more difficult (regardless of my already bad skills, oh well time to die then) so far i only that know the infinite pit/pit of 100 trials mod of JDaster64 can do it. I am not sure if badges works for enemies in vanilla ttyd. i think only some badges but not all. would be nice if more badges would work i guess

-> Infinite Merlee curses; watched from the infinite pit mod challenge and its so funny to me. especially when Merlee goes to help at the worst time possible when you don't need her. "Thanks, Merlee" :lol:

->Infinite Item Usage. It is from the Practice codes with a button activator. The spawn regular/important items is also useful. I am not sure if this one is possible though.

->Guard/Superguard Timings. Also found from Practice Code but I do not know if it is possible to have a separate code because i think i really need this to practice how to superguard properly. I have the most horrendous guarding skills its not even funny anymore. Doing the Danger and Peril Mario strats will be a faraway distance unless i get or do an intervention about superguarding skill development. I even tried the stacking simplifiers thing and I still fail. Without the simplifier (normal) is also tough for me and doing the unsimplifier guarding is even worse.

->Is it also possible to get the gecko code version of the Infatuate status of Vivian, Yoshi Gulp, Koops Shell Shield, Dodgy Fog of Flurrie from Infinite Pit? The moves seem much stronger/or cooler(?) than the original version

->Audience Amount Modifier (0-200)

->Audience Character Modifier (for same audience; i will use in combination with Ralf's Same Audience Characters)

->Extremely Hyped Audience (like when they do the wave thing but they're all jumping about)

->need help - what are the code values/numerical values after 07? some times i see "03E7" "0063" and then the abdcde thing can be confusing. like the CA C0 B3 thingy. I am trying to find sites for beginners so i can understand like "https://geckocodes.org/" but this site already merged with a different website. I really wish i my schooling is done so i can do/focus stuff i want to do and have more time. For now i think even just a small summary or explanation can really be of help to me. Programming is not my even course and i am terrible at math, so i am trying to at least learn very slowly especially since it seems really fun to make codes and experiment with the mechanics of TTYD. Baby steps for me I guess. I am also trying to read some stuff but they seem even more technical to me. Will try again to read more. I wonder if someone who can create AR codes of the enemy base attack damage modifier.

may i know the numerical values after 07? i am trying to make super charge be +10 but and i tried using "10" and "1A" and "0A" "A0" but nothing is happening. it still shows +7 only. thanks
Honestly, I fail to see why it shouldn't go beyond 7. Personally, I never went beyond 7 because I saw no need to back then. Try using 8, 9, or A. Also, you say it only shows +7. Well, if it only shows that number despite the charge value being beyond 7... then, it should work like this: 3 + 10 (A) = 13. Ralf? If you're reading this, help me out here. I don't have the equipment I used to have.

I can't find such a limitation in the PAL version of the game, the Charge badge is working fine for values beyond +7. Anyway, the game has only seven attack-up icons for the values from +1 to +7, so all values above +7 are generating +7 attack-up icons.

So, it is working like I said? "3 + 10 (A) = 13"? I'll have to test out the NTSC-U version when I can get my hands on the equipment I need.

I got a request/suggestion: quick change is permanently enabled because quick change is such an expensive badge. and consumes too much bp
can be any of the 2, a/r code or gecko code. thanks :D

i think its also pretty practical since they dont really give mario any star power anyway.

like maybe adding more than just the defaults - hp/fp recovery, dodgy
some possible to be added maybe - more chances to atk, increase atk/def (like power punch/courage shell), invisible for a few turns (like boo sheet), or maybe being charged atk on the 1st turn lol

if you guys want to, u can also put here the modifier for the amount of turns, atk/def/charge amount, etc

more ideas later/next time
