I've noticed that the 16:9 Aspect Ratio code doesn't adjust the display port to 16:9, but merely stretches the image vertically so that it can be stretched back to a 16:9 aspect ratio in the scaling. Is this intentional? If so, why did you choose this approach as opposed to giving it "true" widescreen?

The 16:9 Aspect Ratio codes are tested and working fine, there is no vertical stretching on real hardware.

I guess another thing that made me jump to that conclusion is that circular things like the speedometer and your position in the race are stretched. Though I'm guessing that's outside the realm of the code, no?

If it isn't too much to ask, could you test the 16:9 code on Dolphin and see if you can get it to work there? I'm not too fond of Forcing 16:9 every time I want to play this one specific game, as all your other 16:9 codes adjust the viewport automatically.
