How many files are you replacing, and how big are they compared to the originals? Did you change the names of the new files to match the names of the old files?

I kept the original filenames, I made sure I didn't add any files, some of the replacements are bigger, but doing the Open Root method allows for that.

I've never seen that error before and don't know what it means, so I can't help. It appears what you want to do is currently impossible. Maybe you should contact GCR's author to see if he knows what to do. Perhaps GCR 1.2 is in our future.

It's only this ISO, too, all other game I've tested do work with this method and using GCRebuilder 1.1 alone.

I sent the creator an email a day or two ago, still no response. I'd be surprised if he ever did respond.

I had another idea ... Align the ISO before extracting.
Download FSTFix from one of the links I showed you. Then just drag and drop the ISO into the executable. The new ISO will appear in the C: \ Users \ User Name folder. Just extract it my way.
The only differences between us should be the modified ISO and I use Windows 7.

I don't see a download link anywhere, not for that tool.

I downloaded that program, aligned the ISO, extracted the root with GCRebuilder, did the file replacements, opened the root, saved it, but clicking Rebuild still gives me the same error. I should mention that I've rebuilt over a dozen ISO's for other games and they all worked perfectly and gave no errors. It's something about this game in particular.
