[REQUEST] Conflict Desert Storm (GCN/AR/NTSC-U)

I'm trying to find a working 16:9 with culling fix AR code for the first Conflict Desert Storm. I have tired the 16:9 code for the PAL version and it works perfectly but the code currently on the Dolphin forum does not work at all.
The code I tried using is below:
$16:9 Widescreen
04177A40 C04DD550
0426053C 3FE38E39
0435A570 3FE38E39
If anyone could help with this it would be fantastic!!! Any additional codes would also be appreciated!
