Need for Speed - Carbon (GC): Disable headlight lens flares

Hi guys, I would like to create an AR/Gecko code that will disable the lens flares on the headlights of all cars except cop and traffic. But I'm not a hacking specialist.
I want this in order to correctly see the world colors during races on mobile Dolphin emulator on devices with Mali GPU.
Can somebody help me?
