Dolphin pc Emulator converted into a homebrew emulator

I want a GC emulator for wii! can Someone take the dolphin emulator and convert it into a HBC App?!

I don't know if I should laugh of cry.

Short answer: No.

(And I wonder why would you want a GC emulator on a console that already loads GC games on its own)

Use the cMIOS. if you use the darkCORP installer you have your choice between two cMIOS's and both will allow you to run GC games burned to DVDs from the disc channel. you can burn to any DVD, single layer, dual layer, or those camcorder ones. (the mini ones that retail GC games are pressed to.)
