USB Loader GX 3.0 - settings on SD card instead of USB disk?

As in subject, I have only one problem with this loader - it's stubborn as a donkey and even after fresh install if creates it's own directories on USB hard drive instead using default ones copied with loader .dol and other files, on SD card?
When USD hard drive was disconnected it was searching fir some usb8 port in PATH, constantly ignoring SD path.
Anyone knows any way to force this piece of software to search for everything on SD card?
