Is it possible to load the original GameCube IPL ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUHJUJkb ... re=related) on the Wii?

It would be nice to be able to load it as a Gamecube homebrew.

Sure is possible. You need a DOL. Please don't post any DOL files of it on here.

Is it possible to extract said dol from an unmodded Gamecube?
