Ok so first of all if you have any wireless or wired control such as a ps3, ccp, wiimote or gaybox ANY of them controllers and a computer that is not a huge piece of shit that lags on cs 1.6 or hl1 then you should be as good as Vegemite mates using glove pie can connect your wii motes and ccp to the comp and a ps3 controller all you have to do is plug that shiz in and install gaybox drivers and ps3 drivers and your good to play ANY EMULATOR with a controller NO errors unless your new to stuff like connecting a controller or using Bluetooth sick of the complaining shit guys if you cant do something that emukidd and his crew is doing then don't question him on a release when there is so many alternatives easier ways to get by it sucks to go on this site and just see nags sorry about my horrid gramma but i just do not give a flying Vegemite

Also, the gaybox controllers are smooth. I don't really use the xbox, but I love the controllers.

I don't personally care when wii64 is finished, or if it ever does. However, I do prefer having a small gaming machine to bring over to friends to play games rather than bringing the computer and having to bother with all the controller settings and stuff like that.

To make this discussion better I will fire the thread up with a reasonable statement, and dare you to debate me.

Thank you iamdablasta. You made my day. Which started pretty bad due to the math exam this morning but now I can go to bed happy.

Besides I hate gaybox controllers because 1) M$ and 2) they're huge (original, 360 and One indifferently).

Also about the second part : check out the Odroid U3. It's powerful enough to emulate the PSP (!) at almost full speed and you can surely build it in a case at least as small as the Wii complete with all the stuff you need. Actually there's not much extra HW needed so it can be about the size of a GameBoy.

Actually I prefer controllers that fit my hands. The Dualshock 1-3 and the GC controllers do exactly that.

Oh wow didn't know that. It's just a library though. They should make something so that you get your desktop streamed and the controls are recognized as a gamepad.

Sure, because having a computer is a lot more comfortable than using a console that enables different controller options (up to 4 and even combined between NGC, Wiimote+Nunchuck, Classic Controller and CCP) and from which you can switch to other different apps or emulators.

Is good to see that the Wii had quite an important homebrew scene, and to me the only real thing that was lacking from the Wii hacking scene to be my most used console without needing to switch back to other ones was the N64 emulator.

Compatibility is good, but even so most of my beloved games from back then are still missing and I would love to see an update in the near future.

solution for all complainers here is to wait or think this project is dead. I just buy a Nintendo 3ds so I do not care if the next release will come or not. Next month I will buy the Wii u to play Mario kart to get a free game
