Guys, there has been projects abandoned just because impatient people were annoying the devs by asking them same questions again and again. Please don't let this happen here as well.

I think that today, I'm going to annoy the devs by asking them the same questions over and over again.

that's funny. you seem distrissed about something (use of the ! and ? at the end of your questions).

note: the following intended to make you laugh, not to offend, grain of salt applies... this is based on actual experience watching what is called "informercials" in the US...

<infomercial>
(man stand in front of screen, holding a DVD, in front of a TV with some undescript video playing in the background)
Are you feeling frustrated by the lack of news about these software? Do you feel left out? Do you believe you are entitled to get this software faster?

(zooms in on the man)
DO NOT DESPAIR! for the code is available!

(switch to a computer screen with a web browser open to this URL http://code.google.com/p/pcsxgc/source/checkout and the image is slowly zooming into the checkout command )
yes, really, the source code, as well as the actual instructions for compiling AND linking into a completely new binary that can be run both on the GC and the Wii in minutes.
(the following text at the bottom of the screen would be to small to read:
result may vary. various compiler options available, not typical, void where prohibited)

YOU now have the power to make this project move BY YOURSELF! don't wait and download the code now.

(screen goes back to the man with the DVD from earlier)
BUT WAIT! that's not all! for a limited time, you can even take the code, and fix it, by submitting patches to that same project code page using their code tracker.

(zooms closer to the man, who pulls out another dvd)
BUT WAIT! that's not all, if you browse to the site now, you will be given EXCLUSIVE access to a number of wiki pages that have detailed intructions on how the software works, as well as extra documentation.

(screen goes back to URL)
do not delay. get your source code NOW. offer includes a satisfaction guarantee, offer void where prohibited, results may vary by computer type, programming skills, and available time. special offer cannot be combined. Shipping and Handling non-refundable. modification of the code is at your own risk.

Would be nice to see a small tidbit of an update, I don't care if they don't give us an ETA, we just want to make sure everything's going well.

Just you let you guys know, emulatemii.com is being flooded with spam. In fact, you could call it it a deluge of spam. Someone needs to do something about that.

People sure are getting uppity/anxious about Wii64/WiiSX. Nothing I can do to placate them.

I've basicly given up hope on any updates at this point and new release seems way out of the realm of probability, considering the total lack of information given out and the general disgregard for this projects fanbase. I used to be excited about Wii64, now it just pisses me off that its basicly dead, especially after accepting all those "donations" to speed up progress, bs. At the very least close up the emulatemii thread so its not getting spammed multiple times a day, its basically a shit show over there.

It's funny. Even though it has been asked multiple times how the progress is going and answered multiple times how the progress is going, people keep asking and asking and asking. That's damn annoying. Better lock this thread.

All we've been seeing over there is spam, spam and more spam.

I don't think there will ever be a new post on Emulatemii. I mean, it would take only, what, two-three minutes to make one?
