Not64 performance suggestion/request

I have noticed in some emulators these days a prevalence of a great option called "skip presenting duplicate frames".

Would it be possible to add this to not64 so that games that may struggle render at frames less than the refresh rate?

any chance for this?
And also any chance for reimplement (re-add) Wii64 1.1's gamehacks to Not64 for make some unplayable games to be played? (ex., Top Gear Hyper-Bike, Top Gear Overdrive, Pilotwings 64, etc.)

EDIT: looks like @emu_kidid added to Wii64 the shadow fix for Pilotwings 64 and also the square issue on Winback, maybe you want to look to this commit? https://github.com/emukidid/Wii64/commi ... b1a09649f0

The request doesn't make any sense, and it's already doing that in a sense.

I've stripped out all game-specific hacks from Not64 and they aren't coming back.

there are some games that dont output sound on the regular sound values that most n64 games use like twisted edge i saw muppen made the sound position not fixed to give it sound could this be easily implemented into n64?
