SanLink is someone who wrote a .dol that tells you on the screen which buttons on your controller have been pressed/etc. Good for testing out a controller which you might think has a faulty button that doesn't register or to check analog control stick ranges.
Ashen I think uses this on his portables to double check controls are wired up ok/etc.
