Amazing work emu_kidid! Really appreciate it.

As always, I will try to provide you with some info on how some of the games work...

I have tried the following NTSC games and the results are:

Fire Emblem Path of Radiance - The game runs good but the audio for the intro and throughout the game is choppy.

Eternal Darkness - The game loads fine but same as above , it is a bit laggy. Major improvement over the 0.2 version which didn't even load....

Baten Kaitos Origins - The game loads fine but same as above , it is a bit laggy. Major improvement over the 0.2 version which didn't even load....

Baten Kaitos Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean - The game loads fine but same as above , it is a bit laggy. Major improvement over the 0.2 version which didn't even load....

If I find anything new then I will post it here.

@emu_kidid just a quick question, what causes lag? Will it be possible to fix it someday? Pretty such its not my 8gb sandisk ultra which can run as 32MHZ.....

novadragon849, try the "Mute audio stutter" option and see if it makes it less annoying.

Seems the Wiikey Fusion swissflasher.gcm included isn't working properly. It wont launch at all from the previous Swiss version I had flashed to the Wiikey (fatal exception). So I reverted back to official Wiikey 1.5fw and launched it from there, but it just boots into normal Swiss and doesn't attempt to flash the Wiikey. I also tried extracting the .dol and flasher files from the .iso with isobuster, tried flashing swiss(ntsc).fzn and resulted in a soft brick on my wiikey (recoverable with 1.2rev fw).

Ashen, yep that's what happens with me when I try to run the flasher ISO from within Swiss. Can you try flashing the PAL FZN file? I tried that and it worked fine for me..

goals for 0.4 are probably bigger than they really will be but here's a short list of things I'd like to get done for 0.4:
- Audio Streaming from at least disc based devices which lack it (wiikey fusion)
- Make memcard emulation better (it's still a work in progress)
- In game reset (for SDGecko/Ide-exi at least)
- Wiikey fusion 2 disc support
- Turn off the laser automatically when the disc is not being read for a long time in retail/backup disc games to save laser life
- Virtual memory library (this isn't really a swiss thing only, but more for all homebrew)
- vgmstream functionality so users can listen to music from original game discs
- probably some GUI enhancements
- Bug fixes, lots and lots of them.

Yep, pal flasher file worked fine on both my test cube and my rev 3 fusion. Thanks again Emu!

Here's the standalone flasher for people already flashed to a previous version of Swiss on their Wiikey Fusions.

cool, I'll update the download archive, seems the NTSC ISO must be broken somehow.

FYI, Swiss 0.3 is "the flasher", if it detects any ISO (renamed to .FZN) and is exactly 1,900,544 bytes in size, it'll ask to flash it.

I'm 100% sure it work(ed) at some point, I just don't recall the settings I used :P

edit: I believe it was another issue not high level patch that fixed it, so try low level ;)

Hi, Could it be possible to add game covers like wii does?
A question off topic..I have problems with 480p using swiss on wii, when I try Zelda TP (gc) it doesn´t work well, it turns on a deep blue tone, but it works fine on standard mode.

Hola, sera posible la opcion de agregar covers de los juegos?
Una pregunta fuera del tema... Tengo problemas cuando juego a 480p con swiss en el wii.Zelda TP toma un color azulado, pero jugando en formato estandar todo se ve bien.

Guanako, that's a strange issue, I haven't experienced it myself but then again I don't use the Wii much with Swiss. Can you try another game in 480p, perhaps it is your TV?

game covers would be need more work...
its possible, but whats wrong with just displaying the banner??

swiss would needs to load the title first in order to display the banner....same would be true to display the title...

to display a cover would require either BBA adapter to download the cover to display and hold in ram, or to store the cover in a readable area such as SDgekko or HDD with IDE-EXI....

but yes its possible....

Yeah, I plan to add banner support to the GUI but I need to thread it (requires a bit of work as it wasn't designed for threading in the first place) so I don't "block" users from browsing around smoothly.

Nice emu, thank you too much for all your efforts!

I have a question: Does 16:9 wide forcing function work from a disc in the Gamecube? It's because I don't have a wide TV right now, so I can't test it, but I'd like to know.

And what does mean "WiiRD Support for Games from all devices" ?

Thanks in advance!
