Just saw it, look likes my raphnet adapters will continue to be useful
I'm hopeing that these GC controllers work in other games too; I'd love to play WindWaker HD with a GC controller again, or even play Muramasa; Curse of the Demon Blade with rumble again.
still gonna keep up work on my Wii U wavebird project though.

wonder if it needs two USBs for anything more than colour? I'm guessing thats why the connectors are colour coded
I just realised that I am running out of USB sockets if I ever want a hard drive on my wii U between the ethernet adapter, Retrode, and this thing

It probably only needs two for extra power to drive the rumble motors.

I'd like that thing to work on a PC for Dolphin too... if it properly supports all the controller's features and it's not a game specific hack, that is.

I hope my officially licensed gamecube steering wheel will work with it.

I wonder, would this work with Devolution? I don't have a Wii U but was curious about this.

went through a whole lot of videos to get a clear pic of the character select screen;

Smash 4 can at least tell if GC controllers are plugged into it, this looks bad for hopes of them being concidered pro controllers by the console

They plug in via USB so why would they be recognized as a pro controller?

I thought the pro controller stopped using bluetooth if it was plugged in by usb
